Combination to oily skin, prone to acne

With combination to oily skin, the skin’s sebum production is not properly regulated.
In combination skin, the skin is only oily on the T-zone, since that area has many sebaceous glands.
In oily skin however, the quantity of sebum is excessive over the entire face.
Oily skin can show significant irregularities on the face and/or body if sebum quality is altered and if certain bacteria multiply abnormally.
